Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Nice quiet wooded location. We had everything needed for our stay. Close to the Big Mountain and downtown Whitefish. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our week. The check-in process was seamless. The loft was perfect for our 12 year old. The kitchen was well supplied. We loved the pool! My favorite though, was the deer who wandered through the back yard every morning!

The condo is at the top of the development which is nice. The condo is cozy and comfortable. A small loft upstairs With a king size bed, you just have to get used to the narrow staircase. Its nice to have had all the amenities, such as the indoor, outdoor, private beach. Would recommend.

This condo is close to lots of hiking trails and gives access to Whitefish Lake. The tub/shower is functional but in need of replacement. Kitchen was ok. The small patio was basically not usable.

Nice location, and really enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub/sauna. Outdoor pool was great on hot days as its not heated. Our stay was nice but the layout wasnt the best for 6 people due to the loft. Its difficult to keep quiet in the morning and not wake everyone up. The condo was really well stocked with everything you needed, especially the kitchen with spices, shrink wrap, etc...lots of bedding and towels to ensure we were all set. Lots of fans as well as a newly installed AC unit in the loft which worked wonderfully. Lastly, the spiral staircases are not desirable. Very tight spiral, and we had a couple falls which caused some injuries. Obviously not the owners fault and nothing they could do about the way it was built.

Overall great place in a great location

Overall, the rental was nice. The kitchen had all of the utensils and cookware we needed for preparing meals. Trash was close by, as was the laundry. We did not use the amenities as we were there to hike in Glacier. Check-in was easy and minimal requirements for checking out. Downside, it took an hour just to drive to the entrance of West Glacier. We spent a minimum of 4 hours in the car each day. The AC in each room did not cool as expected. Even with 2 fans going, the downstairs bedrooms were warm.

We had a great stay! The place had everything we needed.

Would stay again if going to Whitefish

Lovely place, it is very close to the indoor pool and hot tub area. The only thing I would say is that the lack of washer/dryer was rather inconvenient. given that it was listed as newly renovated, it seems a lapse in judgement to not put one in.

Ptarmigan Village was a beautiful place to stay. We went there for a "nature vacation" and the cabin was nestled in the woods. Being on Big Mountain had amazing views! We enjoyed the private beach and the public beach too. The indoor and outdoor pool was a great amenity to have as well.

The property was conveniently located near ski resort and easy drive to downtown Whitefish. Property was clean and comfortable. The few questions we had once arriving were promptly addressed by calling the listed property management number.

Its a great location with beautiful scenery and convenient amenities. The only downside was the running water stopped working soon after we arrived and when we wanted to shower, but the host was quick to respond and have maintenance on-site in a timely manner. I would stay there again because of the peaceful, beautiful setting.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the air conditioning as it was very hot outside during our stay.

Book directly instead of through AirBNB if possible. Ptarmigan was great about Finding alternate accommodations for us when our original booking had a sewage backup. AirBNB had terrible service about this and refused to help in anyway, but the lady (Patty maybe?) at Ptarmigan was fabulous at helping find a solution for us. If we go back I will book directly through them instead of AirBNB. The facility itself was great. The condos varied (we ended up having 2). One was up to date and had all the amenities, the other one didnt have a working microwave or any basic cooking stuff (oil, salt and pepper) but we made it all work! Like I said, where we stayed wasnt our original booking so for all I know it was advertised without those things! Location is amazing when skiing- just a few minutes from the hill by car and didnt have to deal with end of the day traffic!

Cute and cozy, with just enough space for two families of 4 with children between 5-10yrs old. Our families had a great time staying here, and taking advantage of the pool after our day trips to Glacier National Park, and rafting with Great Northern Rafting! The spiral stare cases to the upper and lower levels were cool, but challenging the negotiate with large luggage. Shoes or bare feet, but would not advise stocks only on the steps, because they are slick steps.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer was useful. For $3200 for one week, I was expecting Coffee, Salt and Shampoo. Some Picnic material such as folding chairs, Ice chest would have been nice.

This charming Townhome was perfect for our girls getaway 45 minutes away from Glacier National Park and 15 minute drive to downtown Whitefish. Everything was clean, rooms were big and comfortable. We loved the deck and enjoyed the woodsy cabin feel. Only thing to be weary of is the stairs to the rooms were a little tight and steep structure was good though. Would stay again!

Outside decks are one of the most important features for our family and this unit had a great deck with a nice fire place and grill. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

We had a good stay in this place! The beds were very comfortable and there was lots to do in the area with the entrance to Glacier National Park under an hour away! We did have eight people in our party, so the condo felt pretty tight when we were walking around. Also the kitchen did not have a dish sponge so we went and bought one. Additionally there were only five chairs at the kitchen table so three of us ate standing up or on the couches. One major thing was that the portable AC units filtration tube kept falling out of the window, so it was sucking hot air in and blowing it around and we had to constantly keep fixing it, so the temperature in the upstairs was a solid 10 degrees hotter than the downstairs during the day. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay and we hope to return soon!

Definitely would go back.

Great place, deck was small but otherwise no complaints. Location was perfect!
